Estate Agency's conditions

Cancellation: Note Well: cancellations, modifies or missed lodgment entail the charge for all the amount.
Anticipate Payment: a 50% amount of the overall booking price will be charged when You book and it is non-repayable.
Fees and services prices: IVA and Agency's rights are included.
Norms of stay: Inviting more people than the number of beds indicated on our offer, is forbidden (with regard to children, they're considered as adults).
