The property is located in a residence with a swimming pool, consisting of four two-story buildings. The ground floor houses various businesses, including a supermarket, clothing stores, and other services.

The buildings do not have an elevator. The swimming pool is shared and has a lifeguard service available from mid-June to mid-September.

Pets are not allowed.
