Inside, it comprises a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a balcony ideal for relaxing, a separate fully equipped kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine), a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment overlooks the shared garden. Pets are not allowed.
